Strict rules are necessary in order to operate and maintain a campground which we can all be proud of and you will be glad to re-visit.

  • RESERVATIONS – require valid Credit Card to secure site - full payment is due prior to arrival, by Visa MasterCard/Debit or Cash, we do not accept cheques.  No refunds will be given for early departures or for cancellations without 48 hour notice, or due to inclement weather, wildlife, air quality, fire bans or other inconveniences.

 

  • RULES – in case of severe infractions of these rules, we reserve the right to have you vacate the park without a refund.We have the right to move any reserved sites, as we deem necessary.

 

  • CHECK OUT/IN TIME – Check out is 11 a.m. and check in is 2 p.m.  Call to extend your stay.

 

  • QUIET TIME – is 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. as per Town Bylaw.  We encourage guests to be considerate of one another, so please respect our quiet hours.

 

  • PARKING – parking only allowed on gravel area in your site.  One vehicle per site other than RV Visitor parking on gravel area outside of park.  No parking in vacant sites.

 

  • SPEED LIMIT – 10 km on all park roadways

 

  • HOOKUPS – air-tight sewer adapters must be used.  Please do not empty gray water on ground.

 

  • YOUR SITE – to be kept clean and tidy.  Garbage to be bagged and put in dumpster beside washrooms.  Generator use and vehicle washing is not permitted.  Satellite dishes not to be attached to park property or placed on grass.  BBQ’s and mats to be kept off grass.  Portable propane fire pits may be used on gravel only.  No open flame stoves on picnic tables.  No wood fires allowed at any time.  No selling of goods or services of any kind.  Cargo trailer storage not permitted unless permission is granted by Attendant.

 

  • WIFI – Network is  tru-dexter rv and the password is summit2021.  Choose the Network based on your site location in the park.

  • TENTS – not allowed unless approved by Park Attendant.  Tents can use dry camping area.

 

  • PETS – Quiet pets are welcome and must be under control and on a short leash at all times.  Please clean up after your pet as a fee will be charged if we have to clean up.  Dogs with aggressive behavior are restricted.  Pets never to be left unattended on the site or in RV (due to barking).

 

  • DAMAGES – Arrow Mountain RV will not be held liable for any personal injury or loss of or damage to personal property.  Any damage to the campground property will be charged accordingly.

 

These rules were made for your safety and to ensure the enjoyment of your camping experience.  They will be enforced so please obey them.  Anyone who choses not to follow these rules may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
